For general debates, the online inscription for the lists of speakers opened on
Tuesday, 22 February at 4 p.m., and will close
24 hours before the meeting in which the respective debate is scheduled to start.
In exceptional cases, after the online inscription has closed, delegations may still inscribe or withdraw by either approaching the list of speakers desk in room XIX or sending an email to ohchr-hrclistofspeakers@un.org.
NHRIs and NGOS are requested to inscribe using the online inscription system to deliver their statements via pre-recorded video messages.
Speaking time is 2.5 minutes for member States and 1.5 minutes for observer States and other observers. Please also refer to announcements made in Room XIX, and through Sched and SMS alert.
The
lists of speakers will be made available on the Extranet the day before the debate or dialogue is scheduled to start and will be updated live.
